Tri‑M's six Teams – Electrical Construction, Renewable Energy, Medium High Voltage, Facility Automation, Network Communications and Security – employ engineers with exceptional understanding of their disciplines. But what also makes Tri‑M unique is the cross-communication between our teams. When you come to us for help, we have the ability to see how everything fits together and craft a comprehensive solution to your needs.

For starters, every new hire gets 10 hours of overall construction safety training. That's followed by instruction on everything from operating bucket trucks and cranes to electrical emergency response.

At Tri‑M, the training never stops. From apprentice to supervisor, we require our people to learn the latest developments in safety and technology so they know how to work safely and do the job right the first time.
